Almerinda Gaspar & Trovante
There's no far or distance
While the waves,
Spherical
angry, uncertain,
warlike, passionate,
by the sand and rocks,
were made at my pier,
serene and rooted feet
on the tongue of the waters,
The moon rose in the mists,
Where do I get impatient
Where can I stand,
As far as I wait for you,
along with my fears,
I aspire to the possible
sargassum
seven by seven.
And you come, and you go,
warm image,
held back by the years,
Always returning,
sometimes foam,
sometimes wind,
sometimes algae
and more water,
And I remain resilient
like rock,
glued to the old days,
I wait for you, I want you
and i rest cold.
Where love awaits you
there are no sparrows,
only seagulls.
There is no seasoning,
except for the care
From my salty waters
abundant, silent
That await you!
In my arms
In the dream,
where you anchor
For a hug
Full of sea air
I am content with this epiphany
clothed with joy,
that overflows
And I mask your lethargy
with my devout prayers,
In my fantasy:
this one to see you again
to love you again, to have you.
Glued to the inner dermis,
in the mouth, saliva,
on the body, fever
and in the soul, the calm
this immense longing,
that the night will hold
your sperm, to offer me
Today, always,
and every day more.
There's enough time at sea,
you will come to meet me,
and even as time unfolds
in another life,
between sky and sea,
you will come to get me.
I am the nymph of your ocean.
And you postpone the reunion,
Kept at Distance
this unholy and divine wound.
